Botched cosmetic treatment is heart-breaking.  The impact can be huge leading to anger, feelings of hopelessness and sometimes depression or worse. 

There is no need to suffer.  In these circumstances it is possible to fight back by seeking justice. The law exists to protect those who undergo cosmetic enhancements which have poor outcomes. The cost of the surgery, or of any treatment to put things right (or at least make things better) and any lost earnings can be claimed, together with other expenses. 

Where botched surgery has caused a psychological injury, compensation can also be recovered for this, including treatment expenses such as therapy.

There are a number of issues to consider at the outset including the terms of the contract with the clinic or surgeon who carried out the treatment and whether or not the cost of treatment was paid on a credit card. A claim can often be made on the individual surgeon’s insurance.
